Your tasks:

  • Leading a chapter of highly skilled IT Professionals across whole Retail Domain: responsibility for the professional development of domain architects and knowledge sharing, providing continual feedback,
  • Strengthening Architecture role in the Enterprise by harmonizing architecture products, processes and mindset, and empowering domain architects across the whole domain,
  • Providing a consistent end-to-end architectural guidance and governance for IT application and change portfolio in the Retail Domain, aligned with Retail and Tech Local and Global strategies and standards and different stakeholders,
  • IT architecture advisory role for the Leaders of the Retail Domain,
  • Defining long-term application strategies and target architectures,
  • Defining application roadmaps and technical standards for the domain and whole Bank ,
  • Acting in the role of Chief Architect for Retail Domain,
  • Acting in the role of Enterprise Architect,
  • Preparation of logical, software and deployment architectures for local and global ING Projects according to standards and regulations,
  • Input to Tech Division strategy.

Our expectations:

  • Higher IT education,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Experience in IT architecture design according to standards and regulations,
  • Knowledge of architectural patterns and frameworks and IT security,
  • Good leadership and communication skills,
  • Polish and English speaking person,
  • Good organizational skills.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Banking sector.
